they were THE top about 4 years ago..they carried it for a year after. then controversy surfaced , nationals got involved and things changed. they have maintained an above average ranking until last year. this years recruitment brought only top girls in to recruitment since it was specified if you didn't have a 3.5 gpa etc hold off applying until soph year. the 'top' houses lost girls with this-beautiful, accomplished girls came in and didn't want to follow the crowd but make a name for them selves. hold off until grades-pi phi and tri delt didn't only tank in looks-they will tank in grades by spring semester 2016. be patient peps-theres a reason they are all over these boards.
