oh my god are people really still trying to play the return rates card... really. seriously. that is not a thing. nobody has those statistics dude. those are confidential and for good reason. any "statistics" you think you have are probably made up unless they are public documents from PHA itself, and i highly doubt they would ever release them to some psychopath who can't keep herself off greekrank. stop believing everything you hear. all the return rate talk is merely speculation. it is speculated that pi phi, tri delta, chi o, g phi and theta usually have pretty good return rates, but thats only speculation. also nobody in real life thinks adpi is a good, desirable house. thats only a thing on here.
