Well, this is a whole lot of wishful thinking. Theta, DDD, XO, PiPhi and ADPi had the best return rates during rush in August. They filled their pledge classes very deliberately, with exactly who they wanted. And they won't be doing informal because the women they chose are thrilled to be in the house.
