All of those houses are very selective, I too was cut from 3 of those houses after the first round. Of those houses the only ones I could say would cut you with those grades would be Theta. But I had a 3.9 GPA and a 26 on my ACT and was also cut from Theta, but not Chi O, ADPi or Pi Phi.
