It's not the ranking she's talking about. It's when any criticism against their house is made, the down votes reach astronomical levels. Just look at the 'Hottest to Nottest' thread and look how many negative KD posts wee downvoted at a disproportional rate. Same with the post criticizing the ADPi active for posting crass things on TSM. Downvoted to hell. It's pretty clear, ADPi and KD are letting their babies run wild on this website.
