Accurate but drop DDD from the list because they are very unnattractice. Look at their recruitment video, if that's the best they have then they certainly are not top tier. If that list is in order I would say it's more along the lines of: GPhi Alpha Phi and Pi Phi is pushing not making it, they have a lot of geeky looking girls... GPhi and APhi are the only sororities where pretty much every girl is gorgeous.
