Pipe down there kiddo. What she was saying is that you have Greek students who never become leaders in their own house. Then you have Greek students who do become leaders in their house, as well as becoming involved in Steerco/Tour Team/Summer Welcome/etc. And THOSE are the women who get chosen. Women who expand their leadership reach outside their our bubble. Sorry you didn't get chosen? Bummer for you. But let's dial it down a notch. PHA Council does a fine job. So shut up.
