However GPhi is just a different class on their own. They are pretty which is what people on this site care about, but other than that they have nothing to offer. So they are bottom tier to some people and top tier to others. It just depends on what you value. KD has moved up. They did recruit a much better looking pledge class and have become more social. They placed in homecoming and Greek week 2 years in a row and are becoming a competitive chapter..Kappa on the other hand is struggling. Although girls still love them, Kappa isn't competing with top tier houses anymore and is more competing with AXO, KD and Theta. And Theta has definitely become more upper mid and ADPi has taken their place in the top. Just my thoughts!
