They aren't cliquey, but there also are very few juniors who live in the house. Most live together in apartments in a variety of locations (East Campus is popular). So with the exception of events that members are required to attend, there isn't much of an opportunity to just hang out with upperclassmen (women?) and get to know them. Plus there is a significant monthly fee involved. And they must approve your affiliation, too. If it were me, and if the goal is to make lifelong friends, I'm not sure affiliating with a house as a junior is the way to do it. However, if by reaffiliation you mean you pledged the Mizzou chapter as a freshman, left for your sophomore year, and are coming back as a junior and have good friends in the house already, then go for it.
