the National orgs have to CHOOSE to apply to Mizzou. Just because people want DZ to come doesn't mean DZ wants to come, has the money, manpower etc. to start a chapter at Mizzou. They could already be opening other new chapters and have maxed out their resources and not even apply. And even if they DID apply, it's up to members on the committee ( GREEK STUDENTS) to CHOOSE and VOTE on which they want to bring! They haven't even opened yet--so no one has applied, presented or been voted upon. There is NO WAY to state what sorority it will be. It's not like mizzou just gets to pick whatever they want and that's it! The national organization has to CHOOSE the university first.
