Some houses do not participate in fall COB. I know axo doesn't. Also many chapters that aren't actively COBing aren't using their recruitment email at all. So don't feel bad about not getting a response, they probably aren't checking it at all. Your best bet is to go to the Greek life office to sign up for COB. They can tell you who is actively COBing!
