While I don't know who exactly is doing it this year and who isn't, the houses that don't do it are tri delt, pi phi, theta, kappa and I believe chi o. If I'm correct, all the other houses have done cob at one point or another in recent years and will possibly do it again. Reach out to a girl currently in the house before contacting their recruitment chair to see if you can get any information later this year. They likely won't know if they're cobing until later.
