i do think the groupings is a good idea when trying to describe chapters here to someone, but it's way too complicated that way. if a chapter is top tier then that's just what it is whether people like it or not. there's always chapters that people will disagree with but they're just denying the inevitable. top: theta, pi phi, gamma phi, tri delta, kappa. middle: dg, chi o, alpha phi, adpi, tri sig, axo. low: phi mu, zeta.
