I just checked for you on the panhellenic website! It looks like any PNM interested in informal must now fill out a form! It's listed on the panhellenic website under recruitment! It doesn't list which chapters are COBing just yet. But I still think you should let your Pi Chis now! If not their own chapter, they might be friends/know women in other chapters looking for a few more members and they'll be abel to vouch for you if they think you'd be a good fit! Best of luck!
