I wonder what would happen if the recruitment fee was increased to say $1,000 per person going through. If you drop, you get nothing back. But if you stick through up to before initiation day, you get back say $300. And if you initiate, the $1,000 minus recruitment fee goes back to you in the form of a credit to use for dues etc. If you are released, then you get back however the amount is minus whatever it costs to register for recruitment. Do you think this will help with all the drops and allow for just the serious PNM willing to give everyone a chance and take a bid from whichever group offers?
