This is just silly! She can't take a spot from another girl. Alpha Phi invited her to pref, not your hypothetical girls who would kill to be there. Also, as she only has 1 house left, she is guaranteed a bid to that house even though Alpha Phi won't know that when they do their final bid lists tonight. She could be the last girl on their list which means she would match as a QA and wouldn't take a spot from anyone else.
