Thank you in advance for any constructive responses. My questions are: 1) Are there any houses that allow or even support freshmen living in dorms their first year? Looking forward to experiencing the dorms. 2) Is Sigma Nu tearing down their house at the end of this school year (May 2016) and building a new house next Summer/Fall? If so, when is it expected to be completed? 3) Any other houses (other than SAE) going through major renovations? Any new colonies coming to campus in the next year (when I start)? Not looking for who's the best or why I should not live in the dorms at all. Hopefully that is straight forward. Regards, Me
