I'm sad DG is tearing down... its such an old and beautiful house. Also, they have such a small plot of land, Im afraid a bigger house will feel cramped and squeezed between chio and aphi. Speaking of aphi, I know that their house dates back to the 20s.... so again, it would be sad to tear it down, but it does need some modernizing. I hope they go the ADPI route and add on rather than the chio route of tearing down a historic house for a new modern house. No word on what zetas will look like, but as their house isn't that historic, I think it will be fine and probably better than what they currently have. Lots of changes coming!
