From the inside, GPhi' house is nicely decorated but feels kinda small (it's a lot of smaller conjoined rooms I instead of a larger common space). I liked their staircase during my recruitment. Also, I think it'll be awhile before SK will be able to completely rebuild. They already spent a lot of money fixing and converting their house from a fraternity to a sorority. Their Nationals probably still needs to wait for the house to settle in and establish itself before throwing down more money.
