No one can give a for sure answer I can tell you 100% I've personally seen sophomores get bids to all chapters except Chi O, GPhi, and Aphi. Even the chapters I've listed mayhave taken sophomores for all I know. You have as much as a chance as a freshman. You'll get a bid if you're right for that chapter. age isn't relevant at that point.
