KD's is a lttle bit more expensive this year because they just redid their formal room and made some other indoor changes. But they are still one of the cheapter houses. I do know that Tri Delt and GPhi are two of the cheapest houses. All of the information is given to you during recruitment! So don't stress about it yet, wait until you have all of the information :)
