I'm in one of the houses listed above and my first semster was $1200. It went down to $900 after that. Living in house sophomore year was $6000 (cheaper than the dorms). However, we have made renovations since I was an underclassman and the numbers may have changed a bit. I do know that delta, Gphi, axo are among the cheaper sorority dues. I would assume KD would be in that mix but only because they haven't made any renovations or changes to their house.
