No, most houses are goign to be above 1000 for the first semester because you have your sorority dues PLUS your new member dues. At Least for my house. For me my first semster unded up being 1500 an dsecond was 990. I hope that helps! Don't let costs discourage you, I also pay for all of my sorority dues and it all turns out okay!
