This is so darn insulting. A white person telling us how to feel and think? Implying everything is fine because YOU have deemed us worthy of joining your little society. Until you know what it's like to be the only person of color in a room of 100 or 200 women you have no right to tell us that everything will be OK as long as we don't worry about it. How about not being so condescending? How about just accepting us for who we are and save the platitudes for someone who believes them?
