If you don't base it off looks then Theta is top tier. They excel in EVERY other category, but they're hit and miss in looks which is comparable to the middle tiers. Excelling in all categories but being hit and miss in looks should get you a top tier spot. So on that note: Top Tier Chapters: Gamma Phi, Tri Delta, Pi Beta Phi, Chi O and Theta Middle Tier Chapters: Delta Gamma, Alpha Phi, Kappa, Sigma, and ADPi Bottom Tier Chapters: Alpha Chi (but oh so close), KD, Phi Mu, and the very unpopular Zeta.
