I am not a shy person, I'm actually super outgoing, but like put under pressure , and knowing I'm basically being judged on what I say , makes me vulnerable and I'm sooooo scared like I might say something weird / bad/ like getting really awkward , etc. please PLEASE help me out. What is a typical convo / how long do they last during rush. What are thing to say. Onviously stay away from BBB , but like all I picture is me standing in front of her and just having nothing to say or like think about it too hard and it doesn't even come out right.
