About 7% of the women who signed up for recruitment last year and who also ended up without a bid were released from all houses. 7%. The other 93% didn't receive a bid because they chose not to. They dropped out, or they weren't willing to accept a bid from all the houses were they attended a preference party. If you want a bid, and if you have grades that exceed the minimum cut for all houses (I don't know what that number is), you don't have a criminal record or something extreme like that, and you are willing to accept a bid from any of the 15 houses, you will be fine.
