yeah, you're dumb is right. chi o definitely is a top house, i won't argue that because they really are a strong house. but NOBODY else likes chi o, whether it be other sororities or frats or anything. there really can't be a "top 3" because that's just stupid and really really debatable. i also don't think we can actually rank houses 1-14 because that's also debatable. tiers are the only way to do it. top tier: tri delt, gamma phi, theta, pi phi, chi o. mid tier: alpha phi, dg, kappa, adpi, tri sig. low tier: axo, kd, phi mu, zeta.
