First of all every house is going to have some girls that do not party or drink. But people would say the sorority that parties the least is Theta. I also know there is a decent amount of christian girls in there. I don't think any house would really judge you for not drinking/partying. You will get a feel of each house during recruitment and I would judge everything off of your personal experiences with them.
