I'm confused as to why you say Tri Delt's grades have been slipping? They placed 5th in grades first semester with a 3.35 average GPA and then second semester went down to 8th but their GPA was a 3.38? It cracks me when up when people talk about a sorority's grades slipping because half the time it's like a .1 change or in this case, their grades went up but their ranking went down...so really, are you concerned about a sorority's ranking or their actual GPA because I think we all know what actually matters
