um gphi and pi phi are not top. unless your a believer that tri sig and axo are mid tier then your list must look like this top theta, chi o, ddd bottom kd, zta, phi mu which is what most people in greektown believe. personally i think axo is still bottom, even though they'll on the verge of bumping up. and pi phi is top, while gphi is on the verge moving back up to the top. one more year and i think it will happen.
