Literally wear it whenever you want, stop listening to these girls with too many opinions. If you consider it to be one of your favorite dresses in your closet, wear it pref day! If you consider it just another sundress then wear it sisterhood day. You will not be the only one wearing a Lilly dress and other girls will be wearing bright and colorful dresses.
