You should talk to the person you are related to who made you a legacy. (Called the "legacy maker.") If she doesn't know her sorority's policies, she can hopefully find someone who does. In my organization, we are required to put any legacies who attend our preference party at the top of our bid list. So if we have 20 legacies at preference, those 20 are #1-20 alphabetically, then we rank every other PNM after that. If we have 80 legacies at preference, they are #1-80. Etc. But I can't speak for any other organization. Again, you should ask your legacy maker what her sorority's policy is.
