They aren't rumors.. Those rules are a real thing that could be implemented that the Chancellpor is fighting for. But since the IFC and PHA are against these rules, and they would be the ones implementing them, they won't be very serious, most liekly. The worst possible scenario is that they would be implemented. Best case is that they are shot down. The reality is that some will be implented an dosme will be "recommended"aka not enforced. There's not a lot to panic about. BUT it is a serious thing to talk about. The consortoriuma nd Chancellor Loftin undermined every sorority girl's opinion on THEIR OWN safety. They targeted every fraternity man as a predator and that every woman is incapable of being responsible. That is the real issue that PHA and IFC is fighting. ANd they are doing a great job. So don't bash Mizzou's greeklife just yet!
