KD is not a house I would consider bottom tier. Although I agree they are not similar to A Chi O anymore that doensn't mean they are worse. They have won 2nd in Greek Week for 2 years and have placed in HoCo alot lately. They are definitely a strong middle tier and keep getting better at recruiting great girls to represent greeklife. As for as Theta and Kappa they should be a lot lower because each house is getting worse and worse and ruining their reputations for grades, looks and money.
