1. i'm from out of state and only knew a few people, and it didn't help me in rush. if anything, girls will think its really cool that you're from out of state. i'm from denver and people always asked me a million questions about it. it's a great conversation starter, which will probably help with nerves. i was really nervous during rush! 2. legacies and letters of rec really help, definitely put those down if you can. all in all, just be yourself (but be appropriate of course: general guidelines of what not to talk about are booze/boys/bank/politics/etc.) Good luck this fall!
