First off, the difference between the house with the best GPA and the house with the worst GPA is minuscule at best, so don't sit here and act like Theta is full of geniuses and Alpha Phi is full of airheads. Second of all, the only thing Theta ever laid claim to that made them top was because number one in grades and competing well. They aren't known to be very pretty or likable, but we all agreed they were top because they were competition beasts and brainiacs. This last year Theta has failed to deliver on their claim to fame. Other houses are getting better grades and competing better, while also having prettier girls. Therefore, Theta is falling. It's basic logic.
