It depends on what your looking for, every house has pretty girls including Phi Mu, and they also have a great sisterhood. The above comment about ZTA retention I'm guessing was meant during last fall rush because everyone knows the pledges tend to quit because the "sisterhood" has had serious issues. Even their spring pledges quit. Things change year to year with the so called middle & bottom tiers so take a good look and most importantly stay in don't drop!
