I think this is pretty spot on except I don't really think zeta is rock bottom, I'd put them a little higher up with kd/phi mu/sk. I'm not sure why there's so much hate for them on here. They have pretty girls. They struggle a bit with retention and have to COB but still are on par with the average chapter size. In terms of grades they're in the bottom half but again not rock bottom. I'm sure I'll now get attacked for being a zeta but it's whatever. The zetas I do know, including my boyfriend's sister, are beautiful and smart and funny. I'm in one of the "great houses" you listed and a lot of girls in my pledge class had zeta on pref day.
