- Formal recruitment is so different from informal. I almost wish I had done informal rather than formal, not because I don't like the chapter I ended up in, but because I've heard the informal process is much more relaxed and genuine. Formal recruitment was hot and exhausting and even the time spent at different chapters was pretty regimented. - I've loved getting to know the girls in my chapter and just becoming a part of this family. They're even more supportive than I could have imagined. - Least favorite part is the cattiness in the Greek community. My sorority is always ranked as a "bottom tier" chapter here on Greekrank. I try to not let it get to me, but I just wish the Greek community here was more supportive of each other, it would reflect a lot better on us as a whole.
