Yes I'm serious. ACT/SAT scores don't predict your success, and they don't tell you how intelligent you are either. The ACT is just a test that sees how much you remember over the course of four years. There are many people that I have know that have gotten 30's or above. Others who didn't are just as smart as they are. You act like you can't take the ACT over and over again to get a high score, or get a tutor, and to think that a person with a 21 will never be in your league intellectually is ridiculous; I do respect your opinion though.
