You really think that someone who gets a 21 on the ACT is just as smart as someone who gets a 32? Really? REALLY? And you probably think that you earned all of those soccer trophies you received in elementary school. And when your mom told you you were beautiful, you believed that, too. GPA's mean little in these days of grade inflation, And many high schools (most of them private) are doing away with class rank entirely because mommy and daddy don't want their kid to be less than average after paying the big bucks. So the only equalizer is the ACT and, as someone who earned a 32, I can assure you that someone with a 21 will never be in my league intellectually.
