I swear this comes up every few weeks. :) The ONLY way a new NPC sorority could come to campus is if the campus formally opens for extension. Mizzou would have to notify NPC, which would notify all NPC sororities that are not currently at Mizzou. Those sororities would all have an equal opportunity to submit extension packets. Then the houses on campus would vote through their PHA reps to decide which three sororities to invite to campus to do full-day interviews, presentations, and meetings. After each of those groups did their presentations, the houses would vote which sorority to extend an invitation to join our community. So no one will just sneakily pop onto campus. Everyone will know months in advance. And IF the campus opens for expansion, there will be some serious discussions about housing, since it is doubtful that anyone will want to join the community without having a chance to have their own property and be on equal footing with the existing houses.
