I think she was saying that because Missouri entered as a slave state and then repealed and then there was so much fighting in Missouri, we weren't neutral, far from it. Switzerland was neutral in WW2, just prepared to fight, not actually fighting, so I think that's her point. Missouri wasn't neutral. But, W/E, this is GR not history class, geezz. Anyone can get into a house with good grades, good involvement in HS and a good personality.
