I didn't choose my house based on their GPA and I currently have a 4.0. My house GPA is a little over a 3.2. I chose the house that fit me best and had the girls I would feel comfortable spending my four years here with, the ones I could count on to have my back, to laugh with and cry with, and yes, to party with. The house average is just that - an average. Their are many girls at the high end like me and unfortunately quite a few that are below the average. Each person is responsible for their own academic success in college - it is not defined by what letters you wear. The GPA on my final transcript will be mine and mine alone and I'm pretty sure my future employer won't care where my sorority house was ranked for grades.
