When houses COB, they only have a very few spaces to fill, some don't have any. This is completely different from recruitment when they get to see everyone. They don't have to and may only invite the few they are interested in. Because of this, the don't always give everyone invitations. You may not hear from them at all. Many houses that COB will do it so quietly, you won't know it's happening unless they contact you. Best to ask your friends in the houses you are interested in, have an open mind, and contact them all or wait until fall.
