Hey, you're welcome! 1) Always try to email them if possible, even if it doesn't work out for COBing and you wait, there's a good chance they'll remember you if you choose to rush in the fall. I actually had a couple top houses inform me that although they weren't COBing, a rush chair could meet with me just to chat about the chapter and get more information for rush in the fall, which could be super beneficial (I didn't end up meeting with them because I ended up COBing a different house, but still something to keep in mind) 2) Since you probably only have a semester of college done, it's good to include high school information (that's relevant) so they can get a feel for who you really are, since one semester isn't really THAT informative, but after this semester, squash the high school stuff unless it's super important/interesting 3) Depends on the house Good luck!
