Coming from a girls perspective: Delt- ok parties, attractive guys, a lot of stl private school guys and they're pretty smart, definitely a lot of girls favorite house and is the best out of the ones you named Pike- a lot of girls really like pike parties, ok looking guys, they have a kinda bad rep but most girls don't actually believe it Sig ep- good parties, not such good looking guys, a lot of people consider them the "blue collar frat"
