Houses that are always agreed as top tier: Chi-O and Delta Houses that most agree are top tier: Kappa, Pi Phi, Theta Houses that are always agreed as middle tier: ADPi, AXO, APhi, GPhi Houses that some consider middle tier, some consider bottom: KD, DG Houses that everyone agrees are bottom tier: SK, Phi Mu, Zeta, Sigma The only houses we can all agree on it seems are the top three and bottom three. Top three are almost always agreed as Delta, Chi-O and Pi Phi. Kappa and Theta bounce between top and upper middle, I personally consider them both top, some girls don't. The houses we almost all agree are the bottom three are Zeta, Sigma, Phi Mu. You're going to hear a lot of disagreeing here, especially since KD has been pulled through the mud here. People will say Zeta is prettier than KD, or that Phi Mu is better than SK. But usually, Sigma, Phi Mu and Zeta are considered the worst three.
