Like every fraternity, they have some good guys and some bad guys. My sorority was paired with them for homecoming a couple of years ago, and they didn't do much in the way of helping our pairing, but they didn't hurt us either. They have a really close brotherhood and all seem to get along pretty well. They surprisingly have some decent parties too. So although it's not top tier, you could do much, much worse
